Returns and refunds.

(a) Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges for public health and safety reasons.
(b) If you receive the wrong product, or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly at info@wednesdayco.com with details of the issue and we will review and assess your concern at our sole discretion.

(c) If your claim is approved, Wednesday co. at its sole discretion, will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment, not including any cost of shipping and handling.  

(d) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation policy. 

(a) You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.
(b) Cancellations MUST be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. This means that you must cancel before the billing date of the next month. If you cancel your Membership after the billing date, the cancellation will take affect the following month.

(c) There are no cancellation fees.
