Spectrum - A Photographic Collection

Skin colour, gender, and sexuality are all beautiful spectrums; each is determined by the individual. Combined with various other attributes, these features make us all unique and irreplaceable.

Inspired by the vibrant and complex queer community, “Spectrum” brings together people of various ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, and sexualities, to create a harmonious tableau vivant that authentically communicates inclusivity.

“I wanted to show the complexities of sexuality and gender by bringing together people who represent various parts of the LGBTQIA+ community, but do not necessarily conscribe to cultural norms. My goal was to blur the lines between fact and fiction; the old saying ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ is a great way to describe this series.”
